Snap is a technology company, which contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. Snap accomplishes this through development of augmented reality products that overlay virtual objects onto the world around you and allow you to capture those moments to seamlessly share with family and friends. Snap believes that this presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way we live and communicate. In order to provide these seamless AR experiences, Snap builds Artificial Intelligence ASICs which are optimized to save energy and maximize efficiency. We apply state-of-the-art engineering practices towards building our designs in advanced silicon nodes (5nm, and below).

In this role, you will be responsible for the verification of our AI ASIC design an stand behind the quality of the end-product. You will be part of a highly diverse international team of skilled engineers and scientists, and you are expected to be a key driver of the team’s further growth.

  • Assure the overall quality of our designs, which contribute to exciting launches of wireless portable hardware at Snap

  • Serve as an individual contributor to own and develop the verification of one or more aspects of our ASIC design, ranging from IP blocks to whole SoC subsystems.

  • Ownership throughout the whole project lifecycle, e.g.: Specification reviews, Verification plans, test case development, UVM environments, Coverage (analysis), Debugging, GLS, etc.

  • Work closely with other teams to gather relevant information and share your knowledge about the design to further improve requirements and specifications. As well as providing vital feedback in their debugging efforts
