The Product team uses creativity, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (display, video, search, etc.) to efficiently drive new user acquisition

  • Collaborate cross functionally on SEO to research, test, analyze, and improve web ranking, engagement, and growth

  • Conduct ongoing campaign performance reviews across channels, partners, countries, and strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creative

  • Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance

  • Analyze community-level trends to identify areas of opportunity for further exploration

  • Closely monitor how your initiatives are impacting topline company KPIs

  • Partner with data science colleagues to deeply understand paid user engagement

  • Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively implement campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value

  • Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product, design, brand marketing, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology or social media

  • Experience using Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaign across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (display, video, social, search, influencer)

  • Experience partnering with external agencies to design and optimize creative across channels and countries

  • Experience managing multiple growth channels (SMS, email, notifications)

  • Experience building forecasting models such as lifetime value and estimated retention

  • An understanding of digital marketing attribution models

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
