We’re looking for a People Intern to join our EMEA People team to support our People activities in France in H1 of 2025.
What you’ll do:
Support the Sr HR Manager Southern Europe in the management of the France social agenda, in particular through the update of the Economic and Social Data Base “BDES”, the management of the CSE meetings (convocations, minutes, actions follow-up, preparation of the mandatory or specific information and consultations) and the preparation of the annual mandatory consultations.
Provide support on various HR administrative activities
Collaborate with the Sr HR Manager Southern Europe, the EMEA People team and other cross-functional team members on various EMEA HR Projects aiming at improving employee’s experience.
Work in a fast evolving HR organization and have an opportunity to gain exposure to various HR functions
Gain knowledge on the tech industry
Opportunity to network with team members across the People team
Contribute to a positive team member experience by supporting the People team
Learn the inner-workings of business and HR operations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Analytical skills and proficiency with data and excel formula and pivot table
Experience supporting various verticals of HR
An innovative problem solver who is proactive and loves to get things done
Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize workload, and balance multiple tasks at once
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in Mac and Google Applications, especially with Sheets, Slides, and Docs
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field
Expected graduation in 2025/2026.
Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or extracurricular experience related to HR functions
