We’re looking for a Council Facilitator to join our People Team!
What you’ll do:
Develop and facilitate innovative programming for team members including group building activities, retreats, art projects and cultural events
Proactively build productive relationships with people managers and other key partners to effectively deliver Council programming in a timely manner
Work with Council Program Managers on events, retreats and communications for local market
Responsible for all affiliated calendar invites, administrative tasks and attendance
Collaborate on curriculum and strategic plans for various Council engagements
Widen Council engagement throughout company and in support of business needs
Attend internal team meetings, retreats and trainings
Facilitate in the place of other Council team members during absences
Stay current with Snap internal communications and meetings
Perform ad hoc Council-related responsibilities, as needed
Support general development, onboarding and curriculum design as needed
Follow Council policies, procedures and guidelines
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work efficiently with technology in a fast and evolving environment as a team member
Enjoys being a collaborator and team member
Experience with and able to actively demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity
Possesses exemplary communication skills; both verbal and written
Self-starter who can produce quality work by effectively prioritizing work with specific action plans, identification of risks, and communication of goals.
Management of relationships with multiple internal partners
Expertise in Google Suite
A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on those around them
A passion for Snap Inc. and creativity
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years Council facilitation experience, or equivalent
Must be able and willing to travel to perform job duties

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
