We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Account Manager to join Team Snapchat! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key client and agency relationships, planning and optimizing digital campaigns, and driving measurable results across Snap’s advertising solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage day-to-day relationships with clients and agency partners within your vertical.
Partner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaign support—from brief to execution to optimization.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and deliver ROI through Snap’s ad solutions.
Educate partners on new product releases, platform features, and creative best practices to drive adoption and success.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and proactively surface insights and upsell opportunities.
Act as a product expert and provide hands-on support for Snap’s self-serve platform and auction-based tools.
Develop case studies and performance benchmarks to drive learning and innovation across accounts.
Contribute to onboarding and mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Product, Sales Enablement, etc.) to drive client success and internal efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
4–7 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or media planning.
Strong understanding of digital media buying and auction-based performance marketing.
Experience working with media agencies and brand-side marketers.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate campaign data into strategic insights.
Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities, with confidence in client-facing conversations.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impact.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience with self-serve ad platforms (e.g., Snap Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Familiarity with ad-tech tools, attribution models, and performance reporting dashboards.
Pre-existing relationships with digital agencies and performance marketers is a plus.
A collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and digital storytelling.
