We’re looking for a Growth Performance Marketing Associate to join Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Efficiently drive new user acquisition and Snapchatter engagement via off-platform and in-app channels
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
Conduct ongoing performance analysis across tactics, platforms, partners, campaigns, and more. Present insights and recommendations to cross functional collaborators for decision making.
Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creatives.
Assist with team operations, including items such as updating roadmaps and calendars to ensure programs are staying on track and budgets are invested for maximum efficiency.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Hands-on experience with campaign setup, QA, and launches across multiple channels.
Ability to analyze data, provide initial insights, and work with team and leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
A team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives and collaborate cross functionally.
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology or social media
3+ years of experience using Sheets, Excel, or other data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
Preferred qualifications:
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
Experience partnering with external agencies to design and optimize creative across channels and countries

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
