We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Snap's leadership team across multiple organizations, including Product, Design, Data Science, Finance, or Security teams to understand hiring needs and devise effective plans to deliver against them.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: conducting intake meetings, developing compelling job descriptions, comprehensive sourcing, screening, interviewing, leading candidate debriefs, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.

  • Develop diverse talent pipelines for a wide array of roles, including specialized and niche positions across technical, creative, and corporate functions.

  • Serve as a trusted talent partner, deeply integrating with your client groups to apply best-in-class recruiting practices and enhance our overall hiring strategy.

  • Provide a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring all internal and external partners are kept informed.

  • Utilize data reporting to drive decision making and process improvements.

  • Innovate and experiment with methods to improve diversity and inclusion within talent pipelines and throughout the hiring process.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to run a full-desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities, successfully delivering results in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for juggling multiple competing priorities and requisitions simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate decisions, strategy, and challenges to all audiences, including candidates, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and autonomy to take responsibility for tasks and projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision.

  • A collaborative team player who can partner effectively while also being self-motivated and able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across product and/or corporate functions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience at Snap Inc.

  • Experience working in both small and large tech companies.

  • Experience with high volume recruiting

  • Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategy and interview processes alongside business leaders.

  • Experience communicating directly with leadership including director up to VP level

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$196,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $111,000-$167,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
