We’re looking for an IT Program Manager to join Team Snapchat and support the coordination, reporting, and execution of key initiatives across our IT organization. This role partners closely with IT leadership and the PMO to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional work.

What you’ll do:
Coordinate and track IT programs and projects, ensuring milestones, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and maintained.
Support IT leadership and the PMO with status reporting, dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready materials.
Drive project workflows including kickoffs, schedules, task tracking, issue logs, and scope updates.
Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies for IT engineering, SaaS admin, and operations teams.
Organize cross-functional collaboration across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Spectacles, and other partner teams.
Identify and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies, and follow up with owners to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, and project artifacts.
Support roadmap prioritization and intake by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and documenting scope and decisions.
Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to streamline documentation, reporting, and personal productivity.
This role focuses on structured coordination, tracking, and reporting—bringing clarity and momentum to programs while escalating decisions to IT leadership as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience supporting multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts across IT systems, SaaS tools, and infrastructure.
Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related project tracking tools.
Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable driving accountability, follow-through, and documentation.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and ability to use them for reporting and task automation.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years in a project or program management role.
2+ years of IT-related experience (IT operations, SaaS admin, engineering, support, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.).
Experience supporting IT engineering, SaaS, or infrastructure team
Experience using AI-powered productivity or workflow tools (e.g., AI summarization, task automation, documentation assistants) in a professional environment.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
