We’re looking for an IT Program Manager to join Team Snapchat and help lead the next wave of Enterprise AI transformation across the company. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, IT engineering, and SaaS systems administration. You will be embedded within our IT Engineering and SaaS Admin teams, driving programs that scale and operationalize next-generation AI and agentic tools used across the enterprise.
If you’re part Program Manager, part IT generalist, and part AI experimenter, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the rollout of next-generation Enterprise AI tools, including agentic systems, workflow automation, and internal AI platforms.
Drive cross-functional decision-making with a high degree of autonomy across IT Engineering, SaaS Admin, and business partner teams.
Embed directly with IT Engineering and SaaS Admin teams to coordinate technical work, operational readiness, and cross-team dependencies.
Own end-to-end program delivery—scope, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and executive-ready communication.
Define operating rhythms, roles, and responsibilities that align engineering, operations, and business teams around shared outcomes.
Run sprint ceremonies and delivery cadences with technical teams to move work from design → implementation → rollout.
Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies that impact execution.
Drive change management and adoption, including communication, training, and feedback loops to ensure successful rollout of AI tools.
Measure and report program outcomes, including usage insights, operational performance, and business value.
Contribute to the operating model of Snap’s AI Center of Excellence, helping establish standards and delivery best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs in fast-paced environments.
Practical understanding of Agile / Scrum and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to understand technical details from IT Engineering, SaaS systems, infrastructure, identity, networking, and other core IT domains.Comfortable embedded within technical teams and driving engineering and operations workflows.
Strong command of Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking, and visibility.
Effective at translating technical concepts into clear plans, decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to automate, summarize, analyze, and accelerate program execution.
Naturally curious and actively exploring emerging AI tools, concepts, and patterns—including security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in a project or program management role leading multi-team initiatives.
5+ years of IT experience, ideally spanning multiple technical areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.).
Previous hands-on experience as a SysAdmin, IT Engineer, or similar technical role.
Experience with emerging enterprise AI or automation platforms (agents/orchestrators, workflow automation, RPA, enterprise search, LLM platforms).
Experience working with security, privacy, or compliance teams on technology rollouts.
