We’re looking for a Specialist to join the Content Partnerships team at Snap Inc!

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and nurture emerging creators — from rising Snap stars to new voices entering the short-form UGC space

  • Design, deliver, and host webinars that educate and inspire emerging and aspirational creators with impactful best practices

  • Support editorial programming across Snapchat’s key surfaces — Stories, Spotlight, and beyond — curating content that’s timely, relevant, and deeply engaging

  • Use data and audience signals to inform strategy, evolve our content approach, and guide creator onboarding

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data Science, and more to strengthen our scaled content and creator ecosystem

  • Make real-time editorial calls that balance speed, accuracy, and creativity

  • Partner with creators, brands, and internal teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales) to produce content for onsite activations and educational materials

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong editorial judgment — you know what’s credible, what’s clicky, and what is a “good” creator and what content we want to uplevel 

  • High tolerance for looking through large amounts of videos and creators to find the best of the best, find new themes in the short-form content space

  • Deep fluency in internet culture, trends, meme cycles, and creator dynamics

  • Experience working with UGC and creators with a clear sense of what resonates with Gen Z and our Snap audience

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, reactive editorial environment

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, curious mindset

  • Experience with working in event and program planning with a keen eye for detail and efficient operations

  • Ability to work independently with some guidance and think critically and ahead


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years experience in news, digital media, editorial, or platform content roles 

  • Bachelors degree 

Preferred qualification: 

  • Obsession with trends, creators and the future of digital media and short form content a huge plus

  • Deep understanding of Snapchat

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$126,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$113,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
