Council is the practice of people coming together to share stories, listen deeply and speak from the heart. Team members have the opportunity to speak without being interrupted, which ensures everyone has a chance to be heard. As stories are shared, others listen wholeheartedly. This fosters an inclusive work environment where people experience a sense of belonging.

Our mission is to contribute to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.
Our fourth annual CitizenSnap Report not only captures Snap's progress toward our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, but also our resolve to continuously improve. As we continue advancing our objectives, we also recognise that there will always be new and greater opportunities for Snap to drive a positive impact.

SnapNoir @ Afrotech
Our ERG SnapNoir, attended Afrotech in Austin, TX. We hosted an in office event to nurture creator and community growth, solidify our leadership position in AR, and increase our brand relevance in underrepresented markets.
Highlighting our Snap Stars and Snap Lens Network, over 165+ attendees including 21 Creators and 28 Lens Developers learned, laughed, and became more familiar with Snapchat the product, Snap Inc. the company, and why we are leaders in Augmented Reality.
