We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the People Team at Snap Inc.! As part of the Learning & Development organization, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class onboarding experiences and supporting programming events that bring Snap’s learning culture to life. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure our programs run smoothly, efficiently, and creatively - reflecting Snap’s values of being kind, smart, and creative.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and execute the day-to-day logistics for global onboarding programs, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and event setup.
Partner with facilitators, internal ambassadors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning and development programming.
Manage participant communication and serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact throughout onboarding and event experiences.
Support live and virtual sessions by handling technology, room setup, catering coordination, and troubleshooting during events.
Track attendance and engagement data using Snap’s learning management system (LMS) and report program metrics to support continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date onboarding content and resources in collaboration with program leads.
Assist with logistics and planning for other People Team programs, such as leadership development, workshops, and culture-building events.
Model Snap’s values and contribute to a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and event planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with team members at all levels.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and experience with learning management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Service-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Comfortable working flexible hours (morning/evening) and traveling as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
1+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Event Coordination, HR, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting onboarding or employee training programs.
Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
Passion for Snapchat and creativity!
Experience working in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$109,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
