We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Brand Experience - EMEA to join Snap Inc! As a member of GBX, you will oversee the conception, planning and execution of experiential marketing activations as well as bringing the Snap brand to life in various executions. Working from our London office, you’ll collaborate with a wide-array of internal teams as well as external partners to produce client-facing events, projects and experiences.
What you’ll do:
Ideate, conceptualize and execute Snap’s signature brand experiences, both owned and operated and the company’s presence at industry-wide events.
Communicate Snap’s products, culture and values through internal, external, business, marketing & sales events
Coordinate, operationalize and execute complex projects on a global scale
Think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest and creativity
Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and budgets to support EMEA wide initiatives
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving projects across teams and time zones, and managing vendors
Partner closely with the Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing and Executive teams to help accomplish their strategic goals and generate revenue
Initiate cross-functional collaboration and create impactful precedents and processes that contribute to the company’s success

Ability to handle ambiguity, in a complex project environment
Fluent in Google Applications and Apple Applications
Analytical and creative mindset
Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of contractual agreements with vendors and venues
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Significant high-performance work experience, including experience with event planning with international scope.
Experience managing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the creative, tech or media industries
Experience in managing company-wide global initiatives
Fluent in a language(s) other than English
A passion for Snapchat and creativity
