We are seeking a Digital Asset Management Specialist to oversee Snap’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (Orange Logic) and drive efficient, scalable, and innovative ways of working with our creative assets across the company. This role will work cross-functionally with creative, legal, engineering, and business partners to ensure that our assets are managed, accessible, and cleared properly. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about creative operations, and is eager to leverage both new tools and emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee Snap’s Digital Asset Management system (Orange Logic), ensuring smooth operations, organization, and accessibility of all creative assets across the company.

  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure teams have access to the right assets at the right time.

  • Maintain and manage asset clearance in partnership with the Legal team, ensuring clearance reports are accurate and up to date.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for asset-related processes, usage policies, and best practices.

  • Actively seek out and implement innovative solutions, new tools, and AI-driven approaches to improve asset workflows and efficiencies.

  • Establish governance models and documentation for DAM usage, training, and adoption across the company.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose workflow improvements, and drive scalable solutions to meet the needs of a growing global creative organization.

  • Serve as an ambassador for DAM and creative services, advocating for operational excellence and asset compliance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Extremely skilled communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels and departments.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable evaluating, adopting, and managing tools and platforms.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly solutions-oriented, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments (Leadership, Creative, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).

  • Passionate about Snap Inc.’s products, creative culture, and innovation.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Hands-on experience managing DAM systems (Orange Logic or similar).

  • Must have previous Snap experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing large, complex asset libraries and clearance workflows.

  • Experience in creative operations within a fast-paced, global company.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI for workflow automation and asset management.

  • Experience developing governance models, compliance reporting, and adoption frameworks.

  • Experience as a people manager is a plus.

  • Experience working closely with C-level executives is a plus

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
