We’re looking for an AI Community Program Manager to join the Generative ML Platform team at Snap Inc.!
What you’ll do:
Research and identify new potential communities of creators focused on AI, AR, and generative tools
Develop and implement marketing and organizational strategies to rapidly grow creator communities and the adoption of our AI and AR tools
Build, maintain, and execute on the roadmap for all initiatives related to community growth and evangelism, including managing budget and resources
Establish and manage a group of global ambassadors evangelizing our tools in physical and digital communities
Plan, organize, attend and speak at meetups and conferences as a representative of Snap Inc., demonstrating your expertise in AI and AR creation
Develop and disseminate educational curriculum and compelling demos which can inspire creators to innovate with our tools, with an emphasis on AI-driven workflows (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-video, 3D asset generation, multimodal etc)
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to promote our AI and AR tools and the creator community
Champion the interests of creators internally within Snap, focusing on their needs related to emerging AI technologies
Maintain a public-facing social media presence that actively engages with and evangelizes the creative community
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Expertise with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, SORA, Stable Diffusion, or similar generative models
Strong understanding of community management, marketing principles, and organizational aspects of community growth
Proven ability to manage and execute successful community events (virtual or in-person)
Ability to leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI and Runway
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Design, Interactive Media or equivalent years of practical work experience
5+ years of program, project management, and/or community management experience
Public social media presence with proof of community engagement and evangelism
Experience with AI creative tools (such as Figma AI, Canva, Luma AI, Google AI Studio, Firefly etc)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Vibe coding, or light-weight technical knowledge of AI-driven development (Claude, Cursor, Lovable AI, Gemini, Figma AI etc)
Experience with 3D engine software like Unity and/or 3D modelling and animation software like Maya
Experience implementing programs, testing quickly and adopting for scale
Experience directly impacting program or product growth, particularly in the AI or AR space.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company.
Passion for educating others on the latest AI and AR technology.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.
