We’re looking for a Client Partner to drive growth with China-based export advertisers across the Gaming App and short drama ecosystem by owning a defined book of business, shaping client strategies, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role will manage a meaningful set of torso clients and is ideal for a strong commercial operator who can build trusted client relationships, execute consistently, and help grow advertiser success across international markets.
What you’ll do
Own a defined portfolio of China-based export advertisers, with focus across Gaming App and short drama clients, and drive revenue growth against commercial goals
Manage a torso book of business effectively by prioritizing across multiple accounts, identifying scalable opportunities, and balancing depth on key accounts with disciplined breadth across the portfolio
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted day-to-day business partner
Develop a clear understanding of advertisers’ business objectives, international growth priorities, market opportunities, monetization models, and go-to-market strategies
Translate client goals into actionable media strategies, campaign recommendations, and growth plans
Apply category knowledge in Gaming App and short drama to identify growth opportunities, performance levers, and relevant product solutions
Partner with Account Management, Measurement, Product, Marketing Science, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes
Use performance data, market context, and client insights to identify opportunities and improve results
Lead workstreams independently and manage multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders
Identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate complex issues with sound judgment
Drive account planning, renewal planning, and upsell opportunities across torso clients with clear prioritization and commercial discipline
Deliver high-quality client-facing materials, business updates, and strategic recommendations
Help build repeatable playbooks and scalable ways of working that improve coverage and impact across torso accounts
Support onboarding, coaching, and informal mentorship of less experienced teammates
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, account management, or a related client-facing commercial role
Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships and driving measurable business outcomes
Experience managing multiple accounts or a portfolio of business with strong prioritization and commercial judgment
Experience using data and performance insights to shape recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting China export advertisers or advertisers focused on international business growth
Experience in Gaming App, entertainment, content, or short drama categories, or strong familiarity with mobile growth business models
Strong understanding of digital advertising strategy and performance marketing
Ability to create clear narratives from data and influence decisions with structure and precision
Track record of delivering consistently in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated mentorship mindset and positive team contribution
Experience creating scalable account management approaches for torso books of business
