The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

Snap is seeking a Manager, Revenue Programs, China to serve as the single-threaded owner of revenue programs that drive retentive revenue growth in the China business. This role is expected to begin as an individual contributor and will operate as a highly cross-functional program leader across Product, Engineering, Revenue Growth, Business Development, Reseller, Marketing Science, and PMM stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale end-to-end revenue programs that improve business performance across China

  • Turn cross-vertical learnings into structured, repeatable playbooks that can be executed at scale

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define and advance priority initiatives, including cold-start programs, advertiser identification, and progress tracking

  • Lead program execution with reseller teams to extend reach and adoption

  • Improve workflows and operating rhythms to unlock greater business development efficiency

  • Partner with Data Science to strengthen lead generation strategies, including lead-list modeling

  • Develop business cases, market insights, and program analyses to inform investment and execution decisions

  • Design, test, and scale initiatives that increase adoption of Snap’s business solutions

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on goals, milestones, risks, and execution plans

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, revenue programs, growth, or related business functions

  • Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, self-service business models, or digital product growth

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution

  • Experience building or scaling programs, processes, or operating models

  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate performance and inform decisions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, scalable program plans

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and partner teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while remaining hands-on in execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in go-to-market launches, product-led growth, or revenue growth programs

  • Experience in sales process design, outsourcing or vendor operations, or inside sales operations

  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed environment with multiple business and regional stakeholders
