We’re looking for an Account Manager, Level 5 to drive high-impact account strategy and execution across a broader portfolio of China-based export advertisers within the Gaming App and short drama ecosystem. This role will manage a scaled book of torso clients while leading projects that improve business outcomes at scale. This is a 1-year fixed-term role suited for a strategic account leader who can influence senior stakeholders, connect work across teams, and build stronger operating mechanisms that elevate both client results and organizational effectiveness.
What you’ll do
Own a strategic portfolio of China-based export advertisers, with focus across Gaming App and short drama clients, and deliver growth, retention, and client success outcomes
Manage a scaled torso book of business with end-to-end accountability, including prioritization across revenue opportunities, service models, renewals, and operational rigor
Lead complex account programs and cross-functional projects that improve growth, retention, and client satisfaction
Partner closely with Client Partners to shape account strategy and translate business goals into clear execution plans
Serve as a senior solutions partner for advertisers by combining category knowledge, product expertise, operational rigor, and business judgment
Develop strategic opportunities by connecting client needs, market context, performance insights, and internal capabilities
Influence senior client stakeholders with clear recommendations, strong business logic, and polished communication
Drive alignment across multiple teams and functions, including planning for dependencies, risks, and contingencies
Build operating mechanisms, feedback loops, and scalable ways of working that improve consistency and quality across torso accounts
Distill performance trends and business context into clear actions, optimization priorities, and strategic recommendations
Raise concerns early, challenge assumptions constructively, and help teams make strong trade-off decisions
Help strengthen the broader team by sharing best practices, coaching others, and improving how work gets done
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client strategy, or a related commercial role
Experience owning strategic accounts or leading high-impact client programs
Experience managing senior client stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams
Experience managing a portfolio or scaled book of business with strong prioritization and commercial judgment
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to connect performance data to business decisions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to be concise, compelling, and persuasive
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading projects across multiple teams, functions, or markets
Experience working with China export advertisers and supporting international growth objectives
Experience supporting Gaming App, entertainment, content, or short drama advertisers, or strong familiarity with mobile growth business models
Strong executive presence and confidence with senior stakeholder communication
Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations
Track record of shaping strategy rather than only executing it
Experience building scalable coverage models, playbooks, or service approaches for torso books of business
