- Collaborate closely with Legal and Business teams to analyse legislative initiatives, advise on risks and opportunities, and develop company policy positions and messaging.
- Work closely with the Director of EU Public Policy, the Senior Director of EMEA Public Policy, the VP of Global Public Policy, local sales leadership and, on occasion, senior business executives.
- Partner with the Communications team on policy messaging and responses to policy-related media inquiries.
- Act as a key point of contact for public policy inquiries across the Nordic region.
- Partner with consultants as necessary to support Snap in the Nordic markets.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A proven ability to shape policy outcomes and develop and execute effective advocacy strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic political and regulatory landscape, with established and trusted relationships across government, regulators and the wider stakeholder community.

- Demonstrated ability to build trust, coalitions and constructive relationships with a wide range of external groups and individuals, including those who may be opponents or critics.
- Forward-thinking and proactive approach to legislative, regulatory and public policy issues, with the ability to anticipate emerging risks and opportunities.
- Ability to work with Snap business teams to identify pertinent issues and orient the public policy team to meet priorities.
- Articulate and thoughtful, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
