Build and maintain scalable production workflows, project management systems, dashboards, and operating rituals that improve visibility, accountability, intake, delivery, and archival.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, People, Legal, Brand, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, staffed, contracted, budgeted, and delivered in compliance with Snap processes.
Partner closely on Snap Studio budget management, forecasting, purchase order tracking, vendor management, contract compliance, cost-savings analysis, and executive reporting.
Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including strategic planning, operating plans, resource recommendations, project briefs, and executive presentations.
Identify operational, creative, financial, and resourcing risks early, and drive clear mitigation plans through resolution.
Partner with Studio Operations on the roadmap for studio infrastructure, equipment, production technology, and capabilities that improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
