 We are looking for a Lead of Account Manager to join Team Snapchat in China, based in Shenzhen or Beijing. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive advertising revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with business owners, from strategizing on how to tailor Snap’s products to their needs, to launching campaigns, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full post-sales lifecycle for newly acquired customers—from onboarding to performance optimization and upselling—ensuring retention and growth

  • Act as a product advocate for Snap’s solutions by delivering best practices, tailored campaign optimizations, and support for beta programs, while driving ongoing strategy refinement at scale.

  • Guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to upgrade the existing clients to next level 

  • Partner with sales team or reseller to develop programs and initiatives to operate and manage multiple advertising accounts at scale with structured processes and efficiency

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Science, Solution Engineering, and PMM to initiate and drive projects that continuously enhance service solutions for SMB clients and Lead localized delivery.

  • Manage internal processes for creative services, campaign exceptions, ad design requests, and coupon generation, while driving related programs to partners and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 8+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a strong focus on performance and brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising in RTB environments

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations with a focus on China’s export (cross-border) business

  • Proven experience and structured methodologies in scaling SMB advertising operations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership

  • Full professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of media buying in auction-based environments and experience in client education (e.g., advertisers, agencies)

  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel

  • Experience in managing internal project teams or external vendor/agency teams

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments

  • Self-starter with strong learning agility and proactive problem-solving skills
