Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.
The global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organisation focuses on servicing, scaling and building advertiser partnerships with customers globally. This business unit is an ever-growing and evolving one, and Snap believes it represents a tremendous opportunity to introduce these exciting businesses to the next generation of consumers.
We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven Account Manager with strong expertise in lower-funnel marketing to join our London team. In this role, you’ll partner with leading advertisers to drive measurable business outcomes — from lead generation and sign-ups to purchases and retention. You’ll be responsible for developing full-funnel strategies, optimising campaign performance, and guiding clients to maximize ROI through Snap’s performance solutions.
This position requires a blend of analytical acumen, client relationship management, and strategic problem-solving to help advertisers scale efficiently across web and app ecosystems.
What you’ll do:
Manage and grow relationships with performance-focused advertisers, focusing on lower-funnel objectives such as purchases, subscriptions, and ROAS.
Build and execute data-driven performance strategies to improve efficiency and scale across campaigns.
Partner with clients to optimise campaigns using Snap’s performance tools, including tCPA, Max Bid, Conversions API (CAPI), and Dynamic Ads.
Analyse campaign data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, and Product) to develop full-funnel solutions that align with client goals.
Educate advertisers on signal quality, event setup, and lower-funnel measurement best practices, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic insights to showcase performance impact and growth opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital performance marketing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of performance marketing and the conversion funnel, particularly lower-funnel strategies that drive purchases and ROAS.
Experience managing data-driven optimisation for web and app advertisers.
Proficiency in bidding strategies (tCPA, Max Bid, Auto Bid) and pacing management to balance efficiency with scale.
Knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava) and attribution frameworks (SKAdNetwork, CAPI).
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities, with experience handling multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Passion for digital innovation, mobile marketing, and results-driven advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or account management, focusing on lower-funnel campaigns.
Proven success optimising for key performance outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across social or programmatic platforms (e.g., Snap Ads, Meta, Google App Campaigns).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) to support regional advertisers and cross-market collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing lower-funnel or direct-response campaigns across multiple verticals (e.g., e-commerce, gaming, fintech).
Deep understanding of signal-based optimisation and cross-platform attribution models.
Experience leveraging CAPI, SKAN, or server-to-server integrations for advanced performance measurement.
Demonstrated success scaling accounts and managing multi-market growth strategies.
Proven ability to communicate technical performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
