We’re looking for a Client Partner, Business Development to join our growing Sales Team in Hamburg.
This is a “hunter” role at its core — designed for a sales professional who thrives on building a business from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting Germany’s most exciting D2C brands, e-commerce players, and high-growth digital businesses into long-term advertising partners.
You’ll act as the architect of your own success, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy to build a robust client portfolio and drive significant new revenue growth for Snap in the DACH region.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven ability to exceed sales targets, and a genuine passion for helping innovative brands scale through mobile performance marketing.
What You’ll Do
Hunt, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across a diverse range of verticals, building and managing a strong sales pipeline from scratch.
Define and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to establish Snapchat as a key growth partner for German advertisers.
Lead the full sales cycle, from outreach and needs assessment to crafting compelling proposals, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships.
Consult new advertisers on full-funnel marketing strategies, demonstrating how Snapchat’s solutions can drive measurable ROI and brand impact.
Create and deliver persuasive, data-driven sales presentations that connect with C-level executives, performance marketers, and media decision-makers.
Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets, taking full ownership of your market segment with an entrepreneurial and results-driven approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and partnership experience for new clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
6+ years of experience in media sales or business development, with a proven “hunter” track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding revenue goals.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Someone who is genuinely energized by building business from scratch and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers across D2C, e-commerce, and tech-driven brands in Germany.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, measurement, attribution, and digital advertising trends.
Proven ability to build trust and sell to C-level stakeholders, driving strategic and long-term relationships.
A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for the intersection of technology, creativity, and commerce.
