We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Product team at Snap Inc!
What You’ll Do
Manage complex calendars for one or more executive leaders in the Product organization up to VP level, prioritizing meetings and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
Provide proactive administrative support by anticipating needs, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, meetings, and team events with attention to detail and efficiency.
Assist in the preparation, editing, and organization of documents, presentations, and reports to support business needs.
Conduct research and gather information to support planning, decision-making, and project execution.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and positive working relationships.
Support medium-scoped projects and initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, or processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction for the executive and team.
Partner effectively with other EAs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly proficient with digital productivity and organizational tools, with a strong interest in learning emerging technologies and automation (including AI tools) to streamline administrative processes, improve workflows and efficiency.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to uncover root causes and devise solutions based on limited information or precedent.
Solid business awareness and curiosity, with the ability to understand the context of the work supported and how priorities connect to broader team goals.
Ability to stage work with appropriate milestones and schedules to deliver reliable outcomes.
Skilled at balancing the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Comfortable using enterprise productivity tools (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Zoom) and open to learning new tools or technologies to improve efficiency.
Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Resourceful and capable of getting results with limited resources.
Builds and maintains productive working relationships across functions and locations.
Demonstrated interest in expanding beyond traditional administrative responsibilities through increased exposure to project or program coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience supporting executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting C-level or VP+ executives in technology, media, or similarly complex organizations.
Proven success managing confidential, cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$133,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
