We’re looking for a Business & Growth Product Marketing Lead for Easy Lens. In this role, you’ll lead growth strategy and execution across the Easy Lens ecosystem, spanning creator acquisition and activation, consumer engagement, monetisation, the development of new monetisation strategies, and go-to-market strategy for the AI-powered features and experiences that strengthen the platform.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and creator-facing teams to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities, build repeatable systems, and shape the programs and messaging that drive adoption. This is an individual contributor role that requires a significant degree of ownership and influence across a cross-functional organisation.

Success in this role will depend on strong analytical judgment, end-to-end execution, and effective use of agentic tooling to scale research, content, campaign operations, and growth analysis.

What You’ll Do

Creator growth

  • Lead the growth strategy for creator acquisition, activation, and retention across Easy Lens.

  • Own the creator funnel from awareness to first published Lens, with a focus on improving top-of-funnel acquisition, activation, and publish conversion.

  • Develop programs that attract the next generation of Lens creators, including AI-native creators, casual makers, and more advanced game or web builders.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface clearer creator milestones, monetization signals, and success stories that improve retention and word of mouth.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the creator experience through better onboarding, lifecycle programs, educational content, and growth loops.

Consumer and monetization growth

  • Help make Easy Lens a stronger consumer and creator surface by improving the loops between discovery, play, sharing, and monetization.

  • Develop and refine monetization strategies that strengthen the value proposition for creators and users, and improve conversion from engagement into paid behavior.

  • Use data to identify where users and creators drop off, then develop and execute campaigns across product surfaces, lifecycle messaging, landing pages, and paid or owned channels to improve outcomes.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear user-facing value propositions that drive engagement, conversion, and repeat usage.

GTM and ecosystem development

  • Own the positioning and go-to-market strategy for the features that matter most to growth, monetization, and creator success.

  • Build the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, PMM, Marketing, creator programs, and Sales so launches become real adoption, not just shipped features.

  • Help define how Easy Lens is explained externally: not only as an AI tool for making Lenses, but as the easiest way to create, publish, distribute, and monetize interactive experiences on Snapchat.

  • Shape the narratives, programs, and launch plans that connect product strategy to measurable business outcomes.

  • Help establish repeatable operating rhythms for growth planning, campaign execution, measurement, and iteration.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of user growth, engagement, and monetization, with the ability to translate those insights into scalable growth strategies.

  • Systems-oriented approach to growth, with an emphasis on repeatable programs rather than one-off campaigns.

  • Ability to operate with high ownership in an early or undefined function and drive progress across a cross-functional organization.

  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution across funnel analysis, messaging, creative direction, lifecycle programs, and experimentation.

  • Strong analytical judgment, with experience turning data and insights into actionable recommendations.

  • High fluency with agentic tooling and a strong instinct for using it to scale research, content, campaign operations, and growth analysis.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Genuine interest in products that sit at the intersection of creator economy, AI creation, consumer entertainment, and monetization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience in growth, product marketing, business strategy, or a related function within a consumer technology, creator platform, gaming, or digital media environment.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing growth or go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience working across product, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong experience owning initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.

  • Experience using data to inform prioritization, experimentation, and growth strategy.

  • Experience building or scaling programs across creator, consumer, or marketplace-style ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered products, creator tools, or interactive content platforms is strongly preferred.
