We are seeking a communications leader with experience in the digital marketing space, strong media relations skills, experience supporting executive visibility, and the ability to collaborate with senior business executives. This role will pitch and land strategic B2B stories; prepare spokespeople for interviews and public speaking; handle reactive media inquiries; and support related product, agency, partnerships, and events work.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, pitch, and land stories across marketing, advertising, business, and technology media, including customer success stories, product launches, performance advertising narratives, and strategic stories that further Snap’s B2B narrative.

  • Support relevant product, agency, partnerships, and events communications where they strengthen Snap’s SMB, performance advertising, and broader revenue story.

  • Drive thought leadership opportunities and external content, including speaking engagements, LinkedIn content, media opportunities, podcasts, blog posts, case studies, and other owned and earned channels.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Measurement, and Creative Strategy teams to ensure messaging is consistent, differentiated, and tied to business priorities.

  • Track communications impact, including reach, frequency, and resonance of priority SMB and performance advertising messages with key audiences.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience in B2B, technology, advertising, digital media, performance marketing, or related communications, with relevant relationships across marketing, advertising, technology, business, and/or trade media.

  • Strong interest in and ability to quickly understand digital advertising, performance marketing, measurement, and the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and broader performance marketers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business and product priorities into clear external narratives.

  • Strong media relations skills, including experience developing pitches, placing stories, preparing spokespeople, and handling reactive inquiries.

  • Experience supporting executive communications, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and event-related communications.

  • Highly organized and able to manage competing deadlines from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creative, resourceful, and hands-on team player who can develop strategy and execute the details in a fast-moving environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a related role.

  • Experience in B2B, advertising, technology, performance marketing, SMB, or related communications.
