We’re looking for a GTM & Lifecycle Specialist to join the Consumer Product GTM & Snapchat Performance Marketing team.
This role sits at the intersection of product go-to-market execution and lifecycle campaign operations. The person in this role will support the execution GTM launches and help drive the planning, setup, QA, and optimization of lifecycle campaigns that amplify product education, feature adoption, and user engagement.
This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a fast-paced cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, turning direction into clear execution, and supporting campaign operations with precision.
What You’ll Do
GTM Execution
Support the execution of GTM launches across Snapchat consumer product surfaces.
Build and maintain launch plans, timelines, and briefs in partnership with Product, Growth, Marketing, Comms, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
Own defined launch workstreams and follow through on action items, milestones, and deliverables.
Keep stakeholders aligned by maintaining clear status updates, tracking dependencies, and escalating risks early.
Help maintain the GTM operating calendar, and related trackers as core tools for planning and visibility..
Lifecycle Campaign Execution
Support the execution of lifecycle campaigns across owned channels that drive awareness, education, feature adoption, and retention.
Partner with lifecycle and growth stakeholders to translate campaign priorities into clear execution requirements.
Help coordinate campaign setup, including audience mapping, asset routing, links, tracking, naming conventions, and scheduling.
Conduct campaign QA to ensure accuracy and readiness before launch.
Monitor launch readiness and flag issues early so campaigns go live smoothly and on time.
Contribute to post-launch learning by helping compile results, document insights, and identify follow-up opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep partners aligned and informed.
High attention to detail and operational rigor, especially in campaign setup, QA, and launch coordination.
Familiarity with lifecycle or CRM-style campaign workflows, including audience targeting, testing, scheduling, and measurement.
Comfort working with trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Coda, Jira, and Slack.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize results into clear takeaways and recommendations.
Service-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, program coordination, or a related field. Internship experience may be considered.
Experience supporting campaign execution, launch coordination, or marketing operations with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on consumer technology, mobile app, or digital product launches.
Experience with marketing channels such as in-app messaging, push, email, SMS, or paid media.
Experience building or improving operational trackers, planning systems, and team workflows.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000-$161,000 annually.
