Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

Snapchat is a camera and messaging app that connects people to their friends and the world. Every day around the globe, millions of people use Snapchat to communicate with friends, build relationships, play, and learn. No matter where you are or how you express yourself, it’s always the fastest way to share a moment!

The Review Operations team — a group within Snap’s Global Policy and Platform Operations organization — focuses on moderating publicly facing content on Snapchat. It’s our job to keep each Snapchatter’s experience safe, whether that is engaging with a Snap on Spotlight, a creator on Discover or an advertisement served between friend’s Stories. Our team assesses broadly distributed content against our Community Guidelines, Advertising Policies, and Terms of Service. Together, with our Legal, Policy, and Engineering counterparts, our Moderation team reinforces our Community Guidelines across content types, every day. This team empowers Snapchatters to have safe, relevant and engaging experiences with content on Snapchat.
