We’re looking for a Junior Talent Partnerships Associate to join Snap Inc! As a member of the MENA team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Riyadh  office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners. you will help oversee relationships with celebrities and content creators. Often you will be working directly with creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity.

  • What you’ll do:

    • Identify emerging talent on other platforms and on Snapchat.

    • Aid outreach efforts for emerging talent and nurture high impact relationships

    • Collaborate to work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to launch creator marketing materials.

    • Assist with organizing in-person events including office visits and creator conventions

    • Help onboard creators to content opportunities and optimize monetization. 

    • Help link emerging Snap Stars into cross-functional opportunities

    • Support with operations for the pipeline of new Snap Stars and various tracking projects

    • Share best practices and educate emerging talent on success tactics in regular Snap Star onboarding video conference calls

    • Support with seeding programs in priority markets

    • Assist in building out regularly shared reports and decks

    • Assist in projects related to international growth of creators

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

    • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes

    • Data-driven and analytical mindset
       

  • Minimum Qualifications: 

    • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights

    • Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and excited to participate in growing business and achieving results 

    • Enjoy communication and presentation skills

    • A team player and a collaborator
