We’re looking for a Global Brand Experience Lead to join the Global Brand Experience team at Snap Inc! Working from our Riyadh office, you’ll play an important role in bringing Snapchat’s brand to life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to develop and execute events and experiences. 

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with the Head of GBX MENA to shape and execute the regional brand experience strategy.

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact events, activations, and programs across the Middle East, with a primary focus on KSA.

  • Build and deliver a regional roadmap of experiences that bring Snap’s products, technology, and innovation to life.

  • Identify strategic opportunities to showcase Snapchat’s priorities, new products, and creative solutions through inspiring activations that drive client engagement and revenue growth.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success metrics, in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Comms, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Manage end-to-end execution — from ideation and creative development to logistics, production, branding, and on-site delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, agencies, and production partners across KSA.

  • Manage the budget tracking and financial management for GBX MENA initiatives.

  • Measure and optimize event ROI, ensuring clear business impact and alignment with company priorities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of vendor, venue, and agency contracts.

  • Established network within Riyadh and across KSA’s events and entertainment ecosystem.

  • Proven experience delivering partner-driven activations and navigating legal and contractual frameworks.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Meticulous attention to detail across creative, production, and brand execution.

  • Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep awareness of regional cultural moments and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Apple tools, and emerging AI platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience successfully managing and producing large-scale events or experiential activations.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales and advertising initiatives within a tech, media, or production environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering culturally relevant and innovative brand activations.

  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of event-driven revenue impact.

  • Passion for the Snapchat brand and its community.
