Here’s what you might be wondering:
Apply to roles on our careers page to get started.
The recruiter screen is the first conversation in the process. It is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and for you to learn about the role and interview process.
The initial interview assesses a values-based behavioral question and your skills related to the role. Be prepared to dive into specific examples of your work such as metrics and leadership. Depending on the role, this interview may include coding fundamentals and/or domain knowledge.
The virtual loop consists of a series of interviews tailored to your role and level, and typically include values-based behavioral questions and technical areas based on the role you are interviewing for.
Depending on the role, the interview process may be tied to a specific team from the start, or include team matching toward the end. When team matching is part of the process, candidate experience, interests, and location preferences are taken into account as we explore the best fit at this stage based on our open roles.

Our hiring process is designed to look at your unique skills and how you align with Snap’s core values. Because our teams are as diverse as our platforms, your specific interview steps might vary—but this guide outlines exactly what to expect and shares tips to help you prepare.
