Giving Back

At Snap, there are tons of opportunities to make a lasting impact — both at work and in the community!

Our giving programs focus around three key pillars: empowering youth, education, and the arts. We volunteer thousands of hours every year through Snap CAMP (Community, Arts, and Mentorship Projects). Whether we’re renovating houses for new mothers or offering free coding classes to women in need, we’re always finding new ways to give back.

In addition to our sponsored volunteer projects, Snap team members can also take paid time each month to volunteer at a charity of their choice that aligns with our three giving pillars. We want to help you give back, your way!

Snap's Inaugural Growth Day

Hundreds of Snap inc. team members gathered in Los Angeles for Snap's inaugural Growth Day — and left with learnings and tools to take their careers to the next level.

Our engineers, designers, product managers, and other team members build our products and services to serve people. The well-being of the community informs our decision making, which in turn creates more value for our business over the long term. Just as we encourage our users to embrace authentic self expression in our products, Snap embraces honesty and transparency in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting.

Snap Council

Council is the practice of people coming together to share stories, listen deeply, and speak from the heart. Team members have the opportunity to speak without being interrupted, which ensures everyone has a chance to be heard. As stories are shared, others listen wholeheartedly. This fosters an inclusive work environment where people experience a sense of belonging.
