What you'll do:
Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key luxury clients and media agencies by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations
Partner with members of Snap’s account management and sales teams, and their cross-functional partners, to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, bringing measurable ROI for our clients
Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities
Serve as the product expert by educating brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, informing ongoing client education efforts
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
Strong MS Office suite skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
Minimum qualifications:
French & English fluency is required
Master of Science’s degree or equivalent preferred
2+ year of relevant work experience within the media industry with a focus on brand marketing, ad-tech or a related field
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment
Preferred qualifications:
An affinity or a previous experience into the luxury industry would be a real plus
Previous experience working at a Global level with coordination of local market activity would be a plus
Qualification in data analytics and strong Excel and Power Point skills
Experience working with clients to understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad product
