Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Snap bring together a community of individuals who share similar aspect(s) of their identities, creating engaging and safe spaces for identifying team members and allies, and a shared sense of belonging. ERGs offer opportunities for team members to empower and support each other, promote empathy, celebrate the community and share resources. Ultimately, ERGs are critical to enhancing innovation and creativity across our teams, enabling team members to enhance their skills, expand their networks, and show up as their true selves.

SnapAbility

SnapAbility supports a community of people who identify as, or are guardians for, a person with a disability across the spectrum of different mental and physical abilities, and neurodiversity.

SnapAsia is a community for those from Asian countries and the Pacific Islands.
