We’re looking for a Client Partner (CP) focusing on Business Development to join the Snapchat Sales Team based in Dubai. As a CP, you will play a key role in acquiring new advertisers, effectively onboarding them, and ensuring their success. You will be responsible for developing the go to market strategy for businesses of varying maturity levels to deliver substantial revenue growth.
This role requires natural leadership abilities; confidence using analytical tools to synthesize insights; and strong client-facing skills, especially the ability to tell a story with data that proves the value of partnering with Snap. Client Partners should be deeply curious about new business models and have strong industry expertise, demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and possess expert problem-solving skills to remove barriers and accelerate growth.
What you'll do:
Manage a portfolio of prospect accounts
Leverage scaled resources to research leads, enrich CRM data, and implement engagement strategies against this dynamic list of prospects
Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and event attendance
Effectively move leads to interested prospects via effective communication and tailored messaging
Guide clients through appropriate Snapchat Advertising solutions that meet their business objectives
Onboard clients in a timely manner and in accordance to best practices
Implement platform optimal solutions to optimize client campaigns and achieve performance objectives
Demonstrate strong adaptability in response to market trends, client needs, and platform updates
Contribute operational detail to strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product to drive initiatives forward
Provide regular updates on account status, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities to internal stakeholders
Maintain deep expertise on Snapchat products and developments and leverage that understanding to identify cross-selling opportunities relevant to customers’ business goals
Conduct market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities independently based on a deep understanding of the region and the business strategies of your customers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers
Extensive knowledge of performance marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications
Ability to win the support of internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and support teams, and advocate for your customers
A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, and achieving success within a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
A team-first approach and commitment to developing the skills and careers of less experienced team members
Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up

Minimum qualifications:
Ability to speak Arabic fluently (in addition to English)
8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
