We’re looking for an Americas Production Manager to join our Sponsored Production team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
We are seeking an Americas Manager (US + Canada) to lead the North America Production team at Snapchat. This team works closely with internal creative and sales teams, as well as external brands, agencies, and vendors, to produce best-in-class sponsored creative. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of Producers, driving excellence in campaign delivery for Snap’s advertisers..
This leadership role requires exceptional management skills, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams. The Americas Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations, while also providing mentorship and guidance to the production team.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associate Producers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple high-profile campaigns, ensuring operational efficiency and creative excellence .Ensure the team’s output meets Snapchat’s brand guidelines, client objectives, and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on goals.
Drive the team’s strategic approach to solving creative and logistical challenges, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to delivery.
Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, optimizing workflows to meet evolving project demands.
Analyze production data and key metrics to identify insights and drive data-informed decision-making for future projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define goals, identify growth opportunities, and shape the future direction of the Production team.Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of the Creators ecosystem and social media content production best practices is a plus.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in production, project management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams, inspiring growth and development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively with clients, agencies, leadership and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and strategic planning abilities, with experience managing complex production timelines and budgets.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of the Creators ecosystem and social media content production best practices is a plus.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $229,000-$343,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
